1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the operators of the TamizhCoin platform available at https://www.tamizhcoin.com and related domains, interfaces, APIs, and smart contracts (together, “TamizhCoin”, “we”, “us”, or “Platform”).
By connecting a wallet, creating a profile, verifying an email, joining a referral program, requesting claim vouchers, claiming tokens, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of TMZ — utility only, not an investment

TMZ is not offered as a security, share, debt instrument, collective investment scheme, or financial product under the laws of any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You acquire, hold, transfer, or spend TMZ solely at your own risk.3. Eligibility, sanctions & local law
You represent that you are legally able to use blockchain software and digital tokens where you live, and that you are not subject to sanctions or trade restrictions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority.
Access may be unavailable or restricted in some countries or for some users. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including crypto-asset, tax, foreign-exchange, consumer, and anti-money-laundering rules. We may refuse, suspend, or limit access where we reasonably believe use would violate law or these Terms.
4. Non-custodial wallets & blockchain risk
You control your keys
The Platform is non-custodial. We do not hold, store, or recover your private keys or seed phrases. Lost keys generally mean permanent loss of access to on-chain assets.
Network & gas fees
On-chain actions require network fees (for example POL on Polygon). Congestion, failed transactions, RPC outages, and chain reorganizations are inherent risks of public networks.
5. Airdrop, referrals & claims
Referral and airdrop rewards are discretionary program benefits, not earned wages or guaranteed entitlements. We may change, pause, or end programs, adjust qualification rules, or set pool caps at any time.
- Fair use: bots, sybil farms, fake identities, self-referral abuse, and automated exploitation are prohibited.
- Integrity: we may deny, reverse (where technically possible off-chain), or withhold unverified rewards, claim vouchers, or signatures when fraud or policy breach is reasonably suspected.
- Claims: on-chain claims may require gas paid by you, may expire, and may fail for network reasons outside our control.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED / ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATORS OF TAMIZHCOIN AND THEIR CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF FUNDS, TOKENS, PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WALLETS, NETWORKS, OR SMART CONTRACTS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) OR LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT.

These Terms are interpreted under generally applicable commercial principles and the mandatory consumer or digital-services protections of your place of residence that cannot be waived. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact below; if unresolved, either party may pursue available remedies in a competent forum where jurisdiction is lawfully established.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the update.
